30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Magvero purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include photos or other details so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
